This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have.

2. Scope

This policy covers the public website, accounts, promoter participation, customer orders, Plan purchases, referral tracking, commission and payout administration, platform messages, privacy requests, and administrative and security records.

3. Who this applies to

• Visitors to the public website
• People who create an account
• Promoters
• Customers who complete an order
• Administrators of the platform

4. Age

Accounts are available only to people who confirm they are 18 years of age or older. This is a self-declaration made at signup. We record that the declaration was made, when, and the wording version. We do not collect a date of birth, we do not request identity documents, and we do not verify age.

5. What we handle and why

Account and profile data — name, email address, optional phone number, display name, account status. Used to create and run your account, sign you in and contact you about your account.

Promoter data — promoter identifier, referral slug, status, assigned offers, promotion activity, commission and payout records. Used to operate promoter participation and pay commission correctly.

Customer and order data — email address, order records, payment identifiers held by our payment provider. Used to complete a purchase, provide the product or service and keep required transaction records.

Referral data — a referral visit record, the page the visit landed on, the referring address where available, and time stamps. Used only to recognise a referral so that commission can be attributed correctly.

Messages — platform messages between administrators and promoters.

Administrative and security records — a log of administrative actions, used for security, accountability and dispute handling.

6. Referral tracking and your choice

Referral tracking is not switched on automatically. When you arrive through a promoter's referral link you are asked to allow referral tracking or to continue without it.

• Choosing to continue without tracking does not stop you browsing the website or completing a purchase.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from this page or the Cookie Policy page.
• Withdrawing stops future recognition and expires the browser identifier. It does not rewrite completed transactions or legitimate historical financial records.

Two first-party cookies are involved. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

• ept_rc — remembers your referral-tracking choice. Lifetime 180 days.
• ept_vid — recognises a browser for referral attribution, and is only created after a valid referral journey and after permission is given. Lifetime 30 days.

The period during which a referral may remain eligible for attribution can vary according to the rules of the relevant offer.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Complete card details are never stored by EASY PROFIT TODAY — no card number, expiry or security code is collected by us. We keep the transaction records and payment references we need to administer orders, commission, refunds and disputes.

8. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable — hosting and deployment of the website and its server functions.

Our providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver these services.

9. International processing

Our providers may process data outside the country where you are located. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards must be in place. We are completing the verification of the arrangements with each provider and will update this section when that is finished.

10. Legal grounds

We handle personal data in order to provide the service you have asked for and to operate the contract between us, to meet legal and accounting obligations, for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and running the platform, and — for referral tracking — on the basis of the choice you make. Not all processing is based on consent.

11. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as we are required to keep it.

• Financial and transaction records are retained to meet accounting and legal obligations.
• Evidence of a referral-tracking choice is retained so that we can demonstrate what was chosen and when.
• Administrative and security records are retained as an integrity record.

We have established retention targets for certain operational records and are implementing those controls progressively. We do not claim that data is deleted or anonymised automatically.

12. Closing an account

Closing an account is separate from erasing data. A closed account is deactivated and can no longer be used, and a closed promoter account cannot generate new commission. Financial and transaction history remains, because we are required to keep it.

13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may ask to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have data erased, where we are not required to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive certain data you provided in a portable form;
• withdraw your referral-tracking choice at any time.

Erasure is limited where we must keep records — for example financial and transaction records, and evidence needed to handle a dispute.

To make a request, email support@justclick.today. We may need to ask you for information to confirm who you are before we act on a request. Requests are handled manually by an administrator.

14. Security

Access to personal data is restricted to those who need it, administrative actions are logged, and data is held in access-controlled systems. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The published version on this page is the version that applies, and each publication is recorded with its own version number and effective date.
