These Terms apply to the EASY PROFIT TODAY platform, published at Just Click Today and managed by Ziky Traders Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

EASY PROFIT TODAY is a platform and product operated and managed by Ziky Traders Ltd through Just Click Today.

2. Eligibility

Accounts are available only to people who confirm they are 18 years of age or older. When you create an account you make that confirmation yourself. It is a declaration by you, not an age check carried out by us, and providing a false declaration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for everything done through your account.

3. What the platform does

The platform lets approved promoters share specific offers and earn a commission when an eligible transaction is completed through their referral. It is not an employment offer, an investment, or a guaranteed source of income.

4. Offers and promotion

• Offers are assigned to promoters by the platform Administrator.
• An assignment does not mean an offer is available to every promoter.
• An assignment is not by itself an active promotion: a promoter chooses to accept and start an assigned offer.
• Each accepted offer gives the promoter a personal, offer-specific link and QR code.
• The platform may pause, change or end the availability of any offer at any time.

5. Referral attribution

Commission depends on the platform's attribution rules.

• Each offer has its own attribution rules, including how long a referral may remain eligible.
• The period during which a referral may remain eligible for attribution can vary according to the rules of the relevant offer.
• Where more than one valid referral applies, the most recent valid recognised referral determines the commission.
• Referral recognition depends on the privacy and referral-tracking choices made in the visitor's browser. If tracking is not allowed, a referral may not be recognised.

6. How commission is earned

• Clicks alone never earn commission. Referral tracking alone never earns commission.
• Commission requires an eligible, completed, real transaction.
• A single order can produce no commission or one commission — never more than one.
• A promoter referring their own purchase earns no commission.
• A transaction that is unattributed or direct earns no commission.
• Commission may be a fixed amount or a percentage, according to the rules of the relevant offer and Plan.

7. Plans

Plans set the commission entitlement framework for a promoter.

• Plans do not guarantee income, sales, commission or a level of earnings.
• Any "Earn Up To" figure is a maximum within an opportunity framework, not a promise or a forecast.
• Eligibility to renew or change a Plan follows the Plan rules configured on the platform, which may change.
• Plans may be available, unavailable or hidden at any time. An existing purchase remains governed by the terms that applied when it was made.

8. Payment

• Checkout is authoritative. Price and currency are resolved by our server at the time of purchase.
• Promoters cannot change pricing through a referral link.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never hold complete card details.

9. Commission holding, refunds and clawback

• Commission is subject to a holding period of 21 days before it can become available. We may change this period where it is valid to do so, with notice.
• A refund before a commission is settled can reduce or reverse that commission.
• A refund after a payout has been made can create a clawback against a future available balance.
• Historical paid payout records are never rewritten.

10. Payouts

A promoter requests a payout. The Administrator verifies the request and may approve or cancel it, and confirms payment once made. Minimum payout amounts and verification requirements apply.

11. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• refer your own purchases or manipulate self-referral;
• engage in click fraud, fake traffic, bots or any manipulation of attribution;
• operate multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
• make false income claims or publish fake testimonials;
• send spam or promote unlawfully;
• impersonate any person or business;
• attempt to bypass security or access another user's data;
• misuse our brand, or make misleading claims about any product or service.

Promoters must never claim guaranteed income, guaranteed profit, risk-free earnings, that everyone earns, instant money, or any get-rich outcome.

12. Account states

An account may be active, in a closure-requested state, or closed.

• Closing an account is separate from erasing data.
• A closed promoter account cannot generate new promoter commission.
• Historical financial records remain, because we are required to keep them.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where there is fraud, a security concern, a breach of these rules, a legal requirement, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. We will not unreasonably forfeit amounts that are properly due to you.

14. Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund and cancellation rights depend on applicable law, the relevant offer and the circumstances of the transaction.

15. Tax and status

Promoters are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations. We do not provide personal tax advice and we do not determine your tax or employment status. Promoters are not employees, and participation does not by itself create any authority to bind Ziky Traders Ltd or EASY PROFIT TODAY.

16. Brand and materials

Materials we supply may be used only for authorised promotion of the relevant offer. No ownership is transferred. You must stop using our brand and materials when your authorisation ends.

17. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of expected earnings, or loss arising from the way you choose to promote.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The published version on this page is the version that applies, and each publication is recorded with its own version number and effective date.
